Teeth Whitening Peroxide Gel

Teeth whitening. What's the most effective? [10 pts easy]?

I need to get my teeth whitened. I think the enamel is thin, so the whitening products (even hydrogen peroxide + baking soda) will not work because they remove the enamel.
Basically, your enamel is ivory-white naturally, and the dentin more deeper is yellow. So a thin enamel = shows your yellow dentins

What method can I use to whiten them without messing with the enamel? I was thinking of going to a dentist for a bleaching gel course? Or would the bright-white light thing work?
Please help if you have had past experience! Thanks!
Oh and what are the prices?

Definitely go with the tray whitening from your dentist. Since you have a strong yellow tone to your teeth, you will have to be patient and persistant with the procedure. For example, if it usually takes 2-3 weeks of tray whitening for the average person, you may have to do it for 3-4 weeks...understand?

Regarding "removing the enamel" I have NEVER heard of such a thing...that is ridiculous!
